The services we provide are listed below. Please remember that it is our goal to customize them to your specific needs. Nesting Home Staging and Redesign wants to make the process of selling your home as stress free as possible.
 
 INITIAL CONSULTATION

A consultation is done to better serve the home seller by assessing first what can and should be done to the home in order for it to show better and sell faster.  The consultant will spend approximately two hours with the home seller and or realtor walking thru the home and assessing what staging needs should be implemented.  We do this by taking a detailed look at your home from a buyer’s perspective.  We will discuss your home’s best features, as well as any challenges, and offer changes that can make a huge impact in getting your home sold quickly and giving it the upper hand compared to homes that have not been professionally staged.  At the end of the consultation, the home seller will get information on how to address each room of the home so that it shows to its fullest potential in the form of a “Top Ten” report that will be e-mailed to them.

FURNISHED HOME STAGING

Half Day of  Home Staging:

This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise.  A Nesting Home Staging and Redesign consultant will be working from a detailed Action Plan where we will begin to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agent’s marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase  to help complete the look and to make those all important “emotional connection points” to pull in your potential home buyers. 

We’ll stop just shy of our half day in order to assess our progress.  At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out our Nesting Home Staging and Redesign Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own.  The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover.

We’ll also give you great hand outs filled with lots of information to help in the moving/organization process.

Full Day of  Home Staging:

This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. 

We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.  You won’t believe the difference a day can make. You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look. 

Just like in the half day package, we’ll stop just shy of our full day in order to assess our progress.  At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out our Nesting Home Staging and Redesign Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own.  The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover.

New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend:

This service is perfect to make a great first impression for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House!

A Nesting Home Staging and Redesign consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyer’s dream.  The consultant will be working with a detailed Nesting Home Staging and Redesign Action Plan (included) that will be given to the home seller to complete the transformations at the end of the session.

To get top dollar and to make your house stand out from the crowd, every home should go through our home staging transformation before being listed.

VACANT HOME STAGING

Simple staging:

This service will provide vacant home owners with a few key vignettes in spaces that need more definition of purpose and ambiance.  These areas will not be completely staged meaning there will be no window treatments, area rugs and there will only be a few key accent items and limited artwork.  Simple staging may include only accessorizing rooms to create more flow in a home and not renting furniture for those spaces.  Kitchen and bathrooms are excellent candidates for simple staging services and making “emotional connection points”.

Standard staging:

This service will provide vacant home sellers with the basics needed to prepare their home for sale.  Stagers will stage the areas that are the most important to buyers such as the foyer, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and master bedroom.  Stagers will pick out furniture using a furniture rental company.  Payment for the rental furniture is paid directly to the rental company by home seller.  Furniture, lighting, accessories and art work will be carefully picked working strictly within the budget of the home seller.  This style of staging will show buyers how the rooms can look furnished so they can better envision living in the home.  Window treatments are not included and the entire home will not be staged.  Emotional connection points will always be applied.  Service also includes setting up delivery date, meeting delivery men at home and staging home.  When house is in escrow, stager sets date to meet furniture delivery men for pick up of furniture and home is then destaged.

Select staging:

Same as standard staging but with more rooms staged and window treatments if seller so desires.

If home is larger than 4,000 sq. ft., price will be quoted after viewing.

Nesting Home Staging and Redesign works within any budget and will work with you to get the most bang for your buck.

CONSUMER SERVICES

Virtual real estate staging services:

We can stage or redesign your home no matter the location.  E-mail us pictures of your home and have a Nesting Home Stager/Redesigner prepare a consultation of your property room by room.  The consultation will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours.

Redesign Service:

Not moving?  A Nesting Home Redesigner will come into your home and give your “nest” a whole new look.  This is done by using your own furniture, art and accessories, moving things around and changing  the whole dynamic, atmosphere and ambiance of  your home.  It’s very exciting to see a whole new look emerge using what you already own.  If needed,  recommended purchases will be made to help complete the look.

PERSONAL SERVICES

Shopping Service:

If any extra  accessories are needed to help complete the look, a Nesting Home Stager/Redesigner does provide a shopping service for a fee of $50.00 an hour.

If an assistant is needed for any staging  job, a fee of $25.00 per hour will be added.

For any needed home repairs, projects, etc.,  Nesting Home Staging and Redesign provides a recommended vendor list with discounts.

 MOVE-IN-SERVICE:
